Rob is the Lead Strategist of Launch. His passion is to see churches thrive in their local context, wherever that may be. He is the Lead Pastor at The Plant Church as well as teaches at the undergrad and graduate level and also does consulting and coaching. Rob is married to Sue, who has been his partner in ministry from day one. They have four amazing children and two grandkids together. His passion is ministry, but his heart and love is for his family!

Omar serves the Metro District of the Christian & Missionary Alliance as the Director of Missions & Justice Engagement. In other words, his team's purpose, and his overall passion, is to mobilize the local church to engage peoples and areas that are unreached and unengaged. Last words are most memorable—he loves Jesus.
